An animated, personal, and philosophical documentary. Mariusz – the film's protagonist and narrator – tells a simple story: about himself, about others, about visions, about dreams, about mood changes. Adela Kaczmarek follows Mariusz's words and drawings. He has been mentally ill for many years. Through his drawings and his tale we discover this man's world – in both its difficult-to-penetrate aspect of what we call illness, and its universal aspect.
